Wi-Fi Wireless Internet Access

Our Wi-Fi service provides easy-to-use internet access for you to surf the net and send or receive e-mails 24 hours a day through your own Internet Service Provider such as AOL, MSN, Yahoo, Google or any web-based Internet Service Provider.

Internet Access

You can log-on at either a Royal Caribbean Onlinesm workstation or via your laptop Wi-Fi at a base rate of $.65 per minute, or take advantage of one of our prepaid packages.

Group Internet Package Pricing

Group discounts are available for internet packages. You can request prices based on the number of guests and minutes needed. In addition please be sure to discuss your bandwidth and VPN requirements in advance with your Royal Caribbean Sales & Service team to ensure your connectivity requirements are met once onboard.

Mobile Phone Access

Royal Caribbean International has an advanced roaming network onboard all ships allowing you to make and receive calls, voice mail, text messages and GPRS data using your own mobile phone and telephone number.

What are the mobile phone rates while onboard?

• Rates for usage of your mobile phone are determined by your mobile phone carrier.
• You will be billed by your mobile phone carrier for your international roaming usage on your regular mobile phone bill.
• For more information, please contact your mobile phone carrier’s customer service.
• Can I access data service (i.e. check email, surf the net, etc.)?
• If your mobile phone carrier supports GPRS data service, you can use mobile phone service with compatible data capable devices to check e-mail, surf the web and share photos while onboard just as you would at home.

How do I call to USA, Canada and the Caribbean while onboard?

• Dial 1 + area code and number just as you would at home.

How do I call to other countries when onboard?

• Dial “+”, the country code and the full number.
• Verizon Wireless/Sprint users dial “011”, the country code and the full number.

Internet Access for Teens and Kids

Club Café- Now teens ages 12-17 can surf the net, e-mail, instant message and send e-cards to their friends for $.30 per minute. Club Café, located in Fuel or The Living Room on Deck 12, is available exclusively for teens.

Royal Connect Phones

Speak, text and view onboard activities anytime with Royal Connect. Plus, find friends and family with the easy-to-use phone finder feature. Staying in touch is easy with Royal Connect!
