Royal Caribbean offers the largest percentage of public space dedicated to meeting facilities in the cruise industry! Our meeting facilities are sleek, modern spaces that can accommodate everything from a board retreat, to a national sales meeting to a pure incentive program.We take care of everything, so you can take care of business:

  • Complimentary Meeting/Venue Space - No extra fee to reserve function space for a private event. Venues are beautifully decorated and furnished which provides you with additional cost savings.
  • Complimentary state-of-the-art audio/ visual equipment including: AMX touch panels, monitors, VCRs and DVD players, microphones, LCD and overhead projectors, video walls, tele-conferencing, plasma screen TVs, and sound and lighting.
  • Production/technical team available to assist with execution of the sound/lighting/audio visual requirements for private
    events (additional fee)
  • Food and beverage options available to enhance your event.
  • Complimentary Coffee Break Set Ups for private meetings (service fee applies)
  • Wi-Fi and mobile phone connectivity available (additional fees apply)
  • Business Center and Internet Café
  • Onboard Group Coordinator available on all ships to ensure every meeting and event runs smoothly

Conference Centers/ Conference Rooms

  • Conference Centers/Conference Rooms can accommodate from 18 guests up to 330 guests.
  • Conference Center can be converted into smaller conference rooms via collapsible air walls.  
  • Conference Center rooms can be configured to suit the needs of your group.  You can choose from theater, classroom, boardroom, card room or mini trade show set ups.
  • In addition to the Conference Center/Conference Rooms, some ships offer a Board Room and a Screening Room.
  • Complimentary coffee break set ups (set-up fees apply)


Theaters & Lounges 

  • Variety of spacious and exciting venues available for private events
  • State-of-the art Theater can accommodate up to 1,394 attendees
  • State-of-the art Ice Skating Rink Stadium (Studio B) can accommodate between 775 – 1000 guests.
  • Lounges can accommodate as few as 25 attendees or as many as 1,000.  Lounge venues available for private functions vary by class of ship.






Neighborhoods*

  • Our Oasis Class Ships offer you the option to reserve an entire neighborhood for a private event
  • Choose from the Boardwalk, Central Park or the Solarium
  • Each neighborhood is unique and features spectacular décor and a remarkable ambiance.

*Additional fees apply for neighborhood buyouts. Neighborhood buy-out fees do not include food and beverage.
