Individual Incentive Travel Program (IIT)

Program Overview

Individual incentive travel is one of the fastest growing segments of the incentive and rewards industry. Unlike group incentive travel, individual incentive travel gives people the freedom to go where they want, when they want. Best of all, award recipients can enjoy the fruits of their labor without having to share their time with co-workers or the boss. Incentive experts know that travel has been shown to be the most preferred reward to motivate and inspire. Add to that, cruising has the highest satisfaction rating among travel alternatives and there’s simply no better choice than a Royal Caribbean Cruise as an Individual Incentive Reward.

Key Program Benefits

Here's How the Program Works
  • Royal Caribbean International offers a grid for 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 night cruises, for the travel periods noted. Fixed pricing allows the client to budget the type of cruise reward and quantity desired.
  • There is no advance purchase required. Payments are made at the time of the actual booking.
  • Clients identify the performance goal and qualifying period and communicate the award opportunity to the appropriate target audience.
  • When the winner is ready to make their travel plans, the travel partner/company calls our Special Services Department at 888-281-9342 and provides them their assigned (448) + Telephone Booking Number. Proceed to make the reservation according to the terms and conditions below.
  • Availability is capacity-controlled and may not be available even if there is space on the ship. Royal Caribbean International offers a bi-weekly IIT Availability Report that shows ship/sail dates open to book this program.
  • IIT Rates may NOT be used for incentive groups. If there are 8 or more staterooms on any particular ship and sail date, they must be booked as a group, subject to the incentive group pricing/guidelines.

IIT Program Terms

  • Rates listed are inclusive of NCCF’s and are ‘per person’ and in US Dollars or Canadian Dollars. All taxes/fees are additional and will be advised at the time of booking.
  • This program is capacity controlled. If space is not available on a desired ship/sail date, IIT pricing may NOT be offered.
  • At time of booking air add-ons may be purchased as well as “cruise only” transfers.
  • Triples or quads may be booked, but are subject to availability. The 3rd or 4th guest will pay the prevailing 3rd or 4th guest rate at the time the booking is made.
  • Reservations are ‘best available stateroom’ in chosen category.
  • This program is to be used for individual travel only and specifically as an incentive or reward for performance. These rates are not be used for the general public or group blocks.
  • IIT rates will be displayed at Cruisematch and other online booking engines (Pre-registration is required through RCL sales automation).
  • IIT rates are not combinable with any other promotions, coupons, tour conductors, GAP points, bonus commissions, etc.
  • Certain holidays do not apply such as President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
  • The IIT rates are NOT for general sales to the public. They may not be advertised online, in direct mail, radio, TV, or in any print media.
